HOW TO BUY A PRODUCT ONLINE?
You can purchase our Premium Hardwood Pellets, Seasonings and Rubs and Original Barbecue Sauce online and have them delivered right to your front door. Simply add the items to your cart and checkout by clicking the cart icon in the top right.
HOW TO FIND A PRODUCT IN A RETAILER?
Find our Sausages, Barbecue Beans and Yeast Rolls in a store near you here. Enter your location and the map will populate retailers near you. These products are currently not available online.
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Estimated shipping and delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method. We currently only ship within the US. Shipping rates are calculated based on the selected shipping method and the recipient’s shipping address. We offer the following shipping classes:
USPS Retail Ground (1-5 days)
USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days)
FedEx Ground (1-7 days)
FedEx Express (3 days)
Free shipping will be automatically applied to all orders totaling $30 or more. No promo code needed. You must purchase a total of $30.00 worth of merchandise net of applicable discounts and before sales tax is applied. No price adjustments on previous purchases. Valid on standard U.S. ground shipping to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 continental states only. Not valid for international delivery addresses or Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. Additional charges apply for 2-Day or Overnight shipping.
Returns are accepted if the product(s) is in its original packaging and has not been used, opened or damaged. The return must come with proof of purchase, such as a copy of your invoice, that we sent with your order. We must receive the returned product(s) within 3 calendar days after the package has been delivered, according to the delivery tracker. You are responsible for shipping charges to return the product(s) to us.
How do I return my order?
First, please contact us by email – at firstname.lastname@example.org – to make arrangements for a return. Next, please package your order carefully, as returns are void if the product arrives back to us damaged. (USPS Priority Mail offers free postal insurance.) Who processes my payment?
We use the authorize.net gateway for all our transactions. Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Please note: When the checkout/customer details section asks for your "personal information", please enter your full name and billing address. The name and address you enter must match the information you have on file with your credit card provider, or the order will not be authorized.
Do I have to pay tax on my purchase?
We do not charge tax on items being shipped outside of Texas.
