Bourbon Mustard

We suggested using this tantalizing mustard in our recipes for Chili Cured Pork Belly, Beer Can Cabbage, and Pork Ribs. Of course, you can use it as a flavor-enhancer with any meats or vegetables. The addition of brown sugar, black pepper and, of course, bourbon turns plain yellow mustard into everyone’s new condiment of choice.
