- 1/4"-1/2" bone in beef short ribs
- 2 tbsp
- Dickey’s Everything Bagel Rub
- 1/4 cup
- Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp
- Rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp
- Gochujang, paste medium
- 1 tbsp
- Honey
Procedure

- In a mixing bowl combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, gochujang, honey and Dickey’s Everything Bagel Rub. Add short ribs and stir to coat well. Marinate at least 15 minutes up to 1 hour.
- Once marinated, grill ribs over medium heat approximately 4-5 minutes per side. Do not burn glaze.
- Serve whole or cut into individual bone pieces. Serve with warm rice and green onions if you prefer.
