Red Chili & Sesame Grilled Beef Short Ribs

Wear protective gear when grilling these sweet and savory beef short ribs because they’re going to create a taste explosion. Dickey’s Everything Bagel Rub combined with gochujang paste and a honey glaze make these short ribs long on flavor.

  • 2 lb
  • 1/4"-1/2" bone in beef short ribs
  • 1/4 cup
  • Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp
  • Rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp
  • Gochujang, paste medium
  • 1 tbsp
  • Honey


  1. In a mixing bowl combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, gochujang, honey and Dickey’s Everything Bagel Rub. Add short ribs and stir to coat well. Marinate at least 15 minutes up to 1 hour.
  2. Once marinated, grill ribs over medium heat approximately 4-5 minutes per side. Do not burn glaze.
  3. Serve whole or cut into individual bone pieces. Serve with warm rice and green onions if you prefer.
